Grant funding provides financial assistance to help U.S. based businesses and nonprofit entities. Financial assistance will be allocated to eligible, qualified small businesses and nonprofit entities based on the availability of funds, program guidelines, and the submission of all required information and supporting documentation.

Once we receive your initial application it is sent for administrative review. Our team reviews your application and will reach out via email requesting any required additional documentation. We will provide a secure link to upload this documentation. Our finance review team will review your business finances and compile a competitive research report of your business against other similar businesses in the same geographic area.
Once we complete the application review process, the Award Phase begins. The final award decision rests solely in the hands of our grant board with fiduciary responsibility and legal authority to enter binding agreements. The Grant Board members make award recommendations based on the programmatic and financial reviews of the applications.
Grants of up to $150,000 to each eligible business that is selected for an award.

Our grant committee will determine exactly which grants you qualify for based on each Grantor's requirements and your business profile. For example, some Grantors only give grants for certain types of businesses such as education or farming, some only give grants based on ownership by minority or veteran, while others only give grants based on a business plan and most will require a combination of these factors. There are 1000s of grants out there with varied requirements. Our goal is to help find the ones your business qualifies for and apply for them.
No. Grants are typically awarded on the basis of need and generally do not have to be repaid as long as you meet all of the obligations. These obligations may include but are not limited to operation of business for a specified time, utilization of funds as specified by the grantor, financial reporting.
Once you complete our online application, you can expect an email from us requesting supporting documentation within 1-3 weeks. Every grant has a specific timeline embedded into it and even then there may be multiple points at which money is dispersed based on the terms of the grant. Some money is given up front, some upon completion of milestones or upon reports being submitted.
